Dear everyone at Caring Heart and Hands, i just wanted to let you all know how grateful myself and my family are for all your hard work and the care you have given and continue to give to my mother. At the minute ourselves and the whole nation are over come with worry with the COVID19 virus, yet your staff have remained as profesional as ever, always come in daily with all the correct PPE on, and definatley lift the mood in my mothers house. The carers, the office staff, the whole team when ever i need to speak to someone or my mother needs extra assistance,nothing is ever too much trouble. You really have a great team and i alongside my mother couldn't be without you. Thank you again and keep up the good work. D
Dear Anne, I would just like to say massive thank you for all your help recently with my father. My father is a different man these days after he has started being taken out by members of your staff. He is so much happier now that he is getting out and about and he tells me that everyone is so kind and considerate to him. Keep up the good work as you are all doing an amazing job. Val

To whom it may concern, my mother in LS16 has received nothing but first class care from yourselves. Caring Heart and Hands are just that, “caring” they even rang me when they were concerned about my mother not eating properly and adding 15 mins extra at a tea time was no trouble for them to make sure she was eating properly. The administration is first class and are all happy to answer any questions I may have. Wished I had found them earlier as we did use another company but were let down many times as they couldn’t service the 8am start my mother needed. Dear Anne and all staff, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the care and support that yourself and all your team offered to my late father. I feel that without this support he would have not been able to spend his last months at home, which was his sole wish and for this I am deeply grateful that we were able to achieve. I would also like to personally thank Geoff, Stephen and Julie for all their help and advice which you offered me prior and during his last few weeks. Can I also just say on the day of his passing the staff were fantastic and very supportive which meant a lot to us all. Dear Anne , How can I ever thank you and your fantastic team for the wonderful care you have given mum over the last 3 years. Mum was very reluctant to admit that she was no longer able to cope on her own and became and increasing worry. Her deteriorating sight, mobility and dementia meant she could no longer look after herself but she really wanted to stay in her own home. Your wonderful carers became her trusted friends. Her personal care, laundry, meals and medication were taken care of but also her social well being. She didn’t lose her sense of humour and she could have a laugh and a joke. They even encouraged her to sing which she loves. As we live a distance away she was a constant worry but I was able to relax knowing that she was being taken care of and that if there were any problems I would be contacted. All the carers treat her with dignity and respect and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for all your help. M Roberts
Great company who have really helped me out caring for my father who has Parkinson’s Disease. Particularly when we have had nothing but problems with other care companies, so I was relieved I found Caring Heart and Hands. Nothing is too much trouble, they even wash his glasses for him and have started taking him out and about, plus they are always updating me on how things are going. Highly recommend. C Moss
OMG..we have never heard my mother so animated. My mother rang me when she returned home from going out with staff and she had the best time. Dear Anne, it hardly seems possible that it was 2 years and 8 months ago since we contacted you with a view to helping with our continued care of………, It is fair to say that we couldn’t have done it without you and your girls helping out. I would also like to pass on my personal thanks to Gail, who on the day of …….fall, went above and beyond to go and help out whilst I was stuck in traffic. It is for reasons such as these that I would highly recommend Caring Heart and Hnads and their staff to any one who finds themselves in our situation. Money cannot buy the care and compassion shown to ……..whilst she was with us, and our knowledge and confidence that in time in crisis you were always dependable and willing. Hi to everyone, especially them who go to ……….. The district nurses came whilst I was visiting. His sore heel is healing very well and she also commented on how good his skin is looking, her comment was “ he is obviously getting the best/excellent care from his carers “ and she said she is so pleased to see his hoisting being done properly. She said she sees so many carers not doing a good job. Keep up the hard work
Hi, I would just like to thank everyone who came to do my calls last week. Due to the severe weather conditions my wife and daughter got stuck Edinburgh and my mum was unable to travel to help me. Therefore the carers really stepped up and provided extra calls and night sits when I really needed them. Easing worry for all of us. I hope it is realised how great the staff are, they are greatly appreciated and they should all be proud of the work they do and the help they provide. Dave B
Please congratulate Sarah on her presence of mind and please tell her in no way could she have prevented anything . She’s a wonderful girl, we love her to pieces and she must understand that she was absolutely fabulous when she reacted to what happened today. I love you guys.
